In early 90s, post economic liberalization in India, a group of entrepreneurs having wide experience in the field of Medical, Chemical Engineering, Industrial products shared a vision to set-up an ultra modern castor oil derivatives unit in heart of the region where world’s 75% castor seeds are cultivated. After 3 years of study, research & investments, Amee Castor & Derivatives Limited was incorporated in 1995.
Under able leadership of Mr. Dilip Padhya – a post graduate in micro biology, AMEE has evolved as a premium producer of castor derivatives. With a modest start with products like refined castor oil & HCO, today AMEE produces 18 derivatives out of castor oil.
